Hope And Trust

I will always remember Becky Butcher Stansbury as a 12 year old babysitter, taking turns with her big sister, Jenny, trying to keep track of our four daughters and two sons in South Pasadena California. Claralyn and I never doubted the loving care that our children would receive from those beautiful Butcher girls. Our trust in their absolute goodness was never misplaced, even though there was a singular hide-a-bed incident that will not be elaborated on here. Claralyn and I have often reminisced about Becky and Jenny’s gentle but resolute spirits and how our lives have been blessed, having journeyed with them for a time, in this life.
