Women In The Workplace—Reset

My views on women have clearly evolved over time. I grew up in a home where Mom stayed home to raise her brood of seven children, while Dad went out into the world to earn a living as a CPA. When I left home (aged out), Mom had to work to help support the family. Dad felt guilty about it and Mom hated it. The resulting impact on the family was quite significant. My younger siblings grew up in a home without the “Ward and June Cleaver” feel to it. It was as if I had been raised in a different family then my siblings.
